Yardi Voyager Military Housing manages all forms of military housing, including family housing, barrack housing, and unaccompanied personnel housing. Our solution automates key property management tasks including wait list processing, basic allowance for housing (BAH) functionality, required reporting, A/R, and resident handling functions. Just one point of entry leads you to applications, wait lists, and housing information across multiple posts. The solution also supports foreign currency and overseas allotments.

Voyager interfaces with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service database, MAC, and the U.S. Navy’s eMH database. This integration provides fast access to information and reduces errors by eliminating redundant data entry.

Integration of Yardi Inspection with Yardi Maintenance enables the creation of work orders based on failed inspection items.
